How do we manage our Teams?
We have 8 years’ of experience of managing outsourced and globally remote teams. Through various communication channels, we operate daily team calls, sprint planning and review sessions and demonstrations of completed work to our clients and wider teams. Our management team also perform regular 1:1 sessions with our team members to provide performance feedback, and agree actions.
All successful teams need to be able to communicate, cooperate and innovate in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. That’s why we ensure our team members are happy, healthy and continuously learning. An open door policy, allocated days per year for learning/training/conferences, regular line manager updates and company-wide meetings are just some of the methods we use at Applicita to engender a positive and inclusive culture.
